To maintain the integrity of this property, no smoking or pets are allowed. Please note this property is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
* There will be ongoing street and infrastructure construction summer 2024 into Fall. There may be loud noise, dust and negative impacts to outdoor space during this time. The impacts may be experienced inside and outside the home.
Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
