Inside the house there are 2 king bedrooms, 1 Queen Bedroom and a 4th is a Bunk bedroom for children under 12 years old. 4 bathrooms and an open floor plan with plenty of living space. TVs in each room. Wireless high speed internet is included in case you need to work from home. Outside the house there are kayaks for adventures. Fish from the seawall, swim in the protected basin, enjoy the amazing Florida Keys sunrise from the balcony overlooking the ocean.
This Gulf front stilt home with deep water access is a perfect getaway for A MAXIMUM OF SIX ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. Exceeding this limit will cause immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds. You can bring your kayak (or use the ones on site) and enjoy the warm sunshine, tropical breezes and beautiful clean water right in your front yard.
Boating access is unsurpassed, only minutes to American Shoal and the reef with Looe Key Marine Sanctuary or if you prefer the back country, Contents Key and world class fly fishing are all nearby.
The dock can keep your boat secure during your stay. Kayaks, available one single and one double.
Tropically decorated, this 4 bedroom 4 bath house is uniquely designed. Two bedrooms have King size beds, the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed and the 4th bedroom has a Bunk Bed with 1 Full and 1 twin size bed. The house has central AC.
The fully furnished kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, blender, and 12 cup auto-drip coffee maker. Washer and dryer are located in a separate closet in the hallway for your convenience. Wireless internet service is included. Grocery shopping, marinas, boat rentals, and restaurants are minutes away. Key West, a twenty-seven mile drive, offers unique shops, gourmet restaurants, exciting nightlife and a touch of history.

Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.

"The Conch House was fantastic for our holiday! And we`ve rented a lot of vacation places over the years. The house is tastefully decorated, but not in a fussy way, with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well stocked with a blender and some spices and nearly every utensil you can think of. Conch House is set in a quiet residential area with a wonderful view and great access to the warm Gulf waters for swimming and kayaking and a freshwater pool to dip in afterward. Amy`s recommendations for local dining, shopping, and beach-going were spot-on. The location in the Lower Keys, only 25 miles from Key West, makes for a quieter holiday but in a convenient location. While there is a washer and dryer, as a heads-up, you will need to bring your own laundry detergent as well as shampoo and soap for the shower. This was a minor inconvenience, however, and we would certainly stay here again next time we are in the Keys."
