Master Bedroom: King bed, and trundle bed. Room can be divided into to rooms with accordion door. Private bath with shower.
Second Bedroom: Olympia queen bed, larger than a regular queen, hall bath with tubshower.
Living Room: Full size futon, flat screen TV, DVD Player
Kitchen: Fully stocked with blender toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, kitchen trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Propane grill, lounge chairs, 2 kayaks plus extras available.
Boat Dockage: 30 floating dock for boats up to 24
Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

"Our family has stayed in various places in the upper and lower keys over the years. What a refreshing change from staying in resort hotels. No one needs to wake up early to head down to the beachpool to hold lounge chairs in the shade :) Really enjoyed renting this beach home in the lower keys. The home was clean and the views were nothing short of perfect. Also our proximity to a local market, food store and beach was within a 15 minute drive. Near Key West for a visit, but on the outskirts where the setting was serene. Our family would really like to return in the future. Thank you :)"
