- How do I make a reservation?
A. From the TripAngle home page you may enter your information on the right to find the best rental for you.
B. Once you have picked your rental, you may click on it and to the right there is a tab that says RESERVE ONLINE NOW.
C. Click this and fill out all of the information. Once you make your reservation, you will be emailed your receipt and confirmation with all of the information you need to get your keys and check in.
- What happens if I need to cancel?
A. You may call the number on your confirmation and discuss your options.
B. If you decide to cancel, you need to reply back to your confirmation and give your notice of cancellation in writing.
C. Once the owner has received, they will free up the calendar, and will refund you accordingly to the agreement and if they are able to re rent. Please try and give as much notice as possible, to help the owner fill up those vacant dates.
- What is the processing fee for?
A. This is to lower the overhead to the owner.
B. Most companies charge owners to manage their rental property. With TripAngle they have no overhead, so they are able to pass the savings on to you the guest to better enjoy your vacation.
- Why should we purchase the travel insurance?
We strongly urge you to purchase the travel insurance that is at the end of your reservation. You NEVER know what might come up to interfere with you making your reservation. It is very inexpensive and will cover you in case anything comes up!
